Great stay. Rooms could have been bigger but that’s just due to preference. Double Bed was a great size, bathroom was clean. Shower worked well, towels and shower gel/shampoo/hand soap is provided. Good size of TV and freeview shows available. Entering in and out the hotel was not an issue however, needs to be explained as the bar/pub closes which means different entrance is needed (not hard to understand when told). I would advise public transport to be taken to this location because there is no reliable/free parking unless you find a space on a road that is not permit holders only and is available. Located with many shops around and Morrisons right next to it. Park Royal Acton is a place that I visited. It includes cinema, ten pin bowling/arcade/ escape room and many restaurants. Not far from the hotel - 10 minute drive. We chose for no housekeeping to be done while being there, this is done by choosing a setting near the light switch. A housekeeper sign for your room to be made up or ‘zzz’ icon to not be disturbed. Approachable & kind staff members, very understanding and helpful too.

Excellent location just next to/in on High Street end next to Morrison Retail (with Carpark) in Acton (old)West London junction with excellent nearby buses and x3 Train stations(including Mainline to central London and suburbs-Reading etc).Bustling multicultural shopping /small retail stores and precinct next small stone-paved street market stalls by entrance into Hotel Bar downstairs with Bedrooms upstairs. Comfortable clean warm en-suite superior room with lighting/ventilation touch controls and cable TV channels/tea-coffee makers/safe /built-in wardrobes-ample space-dressing gowns etc. Soundproof -slept well in spite of bustling traffic and people below Helpful welcoming receptionists Highly recommended..solo groups and family…excellent location to stay to explore central London and its suburbs.

This Hotel is underrated, the location in the neighborhood is exactly where it should to be, front of bus stop, 10 min walk to nearest underground, quiet during the night, next to mousqe, grocery, etc. The room itself was JOINER SUITE, ITS MY RECMANDATION ACCORDING TO THE PRICE/SPACE RATIO. *DO NOT TAKE ANY OTHER ROOM TYPE.* It will be the same price or even extra with no space or view. It was spacious, clean, street view room. + Ask for HIGH FLOOR ROOM AS POSSIBLE. Staff where Welcoming, Respectful, Generous. They spoke Arabic/English just like in my hometown, They Solve my problem professionally, Special Thanks to all of them. Lastly THE PRICE, I Garuntee there is no better price per value in London other than this hotel.

The hotel is great value for money and close to Acton Town underground station, which takes you onto the Piccadilly line to the centre. The room was great size, with a big TV and modern fittings. It's really good value for money, especially if you need to visit the central areas but cannot afford the prices there. The underground tickets are up to £15 a day per person, but if you use your credit/debit card at the start and end of journey throughout London, and you stay in areas 1-3, you won't be charged more than £10.

The hotel was located in Acton, which is just a 25 min tube ride from the central London. The tube station is 10 min walk from the hotel. The location was amazing, there are multiple pubs and restaurants around (prices are cheaper than in city center). Our room was in 3rd floor and looked really nice, the walls looked a bit odd but that didn’t ruin our experience much, the lady came to clean our room every day. I am truly surprised how good this hotel is given the price!! Recommend and will be coming back!
